How can I add a promo code to my order?

If you are in the possession of a promo code and you would like to use it, go to your shoppingbag. Here in the upper right corner, you will find a box where you can submit your code. Once you have entered your unique code, the discount will be applied straight after.

How can I pay for my order?

In order to make sure that all orders will be processed in an efficient and safe way, we work together with payment agent Mollie. The card details are processed with a very high level of security. Listed below are the payment methods we accept.

  • Bankcontact / Mister Cash
  • Belfius Pay Button
  • KBC/CBC-betaalknop
  • ING Home’Pay

*When you choose for the payment method ‘bank transfer’, we will ship your order after we received your payment. Therefore, by using this method, we can not guarantee that the order will be shipped the next working day.


Has my order been shipped out?

We aim to ship your goods, the day after you have placed the order. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed and accepted. To find out the estimated delivery time for your county, please check the shipping info.

For orders within the Netherlands, there will always be a tracking link send to you once the package is send out from our warehouse. So hereby you can follow your ear jewellery on its journey.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?

If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time for your county, please contact us. Include your order details in the email and we will take care of it.

Can I return my order?

For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. It is only allowed to return clip-on earrings.

If you are not satisfied with your pair of clip-ons, it’s possible to return it within 14 days. In order to do this, please notify us via e-mail directly after receiving your order. The total order amout (purchase + originally shipping) will be compensated.

Shipping cost for returning the items need to be payed by the costumer. Once we have received the returned items, we will send you a conformation email.

All returned products must come back at LIVE-TO-EXPRESS in the same condition as you received them, within 14 days.
